Finally, we can stop saying "Free Boosie" . Rapper, Torrence Hatch has been found not guilty in the 2009 murder of Terry Boyd. The just deliberated for only 1-hour. When the verdict was announced, it was reported that the Baton Rouge rapper bowed his head and pumped his fist. According to reports for USA Today, the judge stated, "You've been found not guilty. You stuck your fist up in the air and I can't exactly say that I blame you". Boosie is currently serving an 8 year sentence for unrelated charges, however he received credit for time served, which narrows his time down to at least 4 years. "I think he has a long life and an amazing career ahead of him now," said Martin Regan, another attorney. Hopefully now people can stop saying "Free Boosie" and find another cause.
